How to remove XP Security 2012 (and its clones)

Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware detects and removes a new application called XP Security 2012.

This actually is a series of rogues that adapt their name to your OS and other circumstances.
I will try to get a full list of all the names as soon as possible.
